Rockville, MD and Mexico City — Visual Networks^© (Nasdaq: VNWK), a leading provider of network application integrity solutions, has signed an agreement with Getronics Mexico, an integrator with one of the most extensive ranges of services in Mexico, to be a distributor of Visual Networks' solutions in Latin America.

Getronics Mexico will distribute Visual UpTime^© Select^™ and Visual IP InSight^™ to large-enterprise customers, telecommunication companies, Internet service providers (ISPs) and value-added resellers (VARs). Visual UpTime Select delivers in-depth, real-time and historical visibility into the performance and availability of critical applications so enterprises can proactively meet the challenges of applications delivery. Visual IP InSight is an IP service management system designed to help service providers and enterprises manage IP connectivity and accessibility to IP network services from the end-user perspective.

As an integrator of Visual Networks' products, Getronics Mexico will be the contact for pre- and post-sales support to end-users. The companies will begin joint marketing efforts immediately.
