Verizon has developed a Managed Network Service (MNS) for frame relay using Visual UpTime Select called FrameWatch. Verizon's FrameWatch provides a turnkey service for customers that have limited networking experience or staff and need a single point of contact to address WAN service issues.
With Verizon's FrameWatch service, you can:
- View WAN performance across the physical, WAN port, and application layers
- Manage circuits from multiple carriers with a single point of contact
- Leverage Verizon's management solution to reduce staffing and capital cost
- Add router management and additional managed services as needed
Verizon Online DSL
- Extend performance views to the end-user's PC for rapid problem identification and resolution
- Improve the Customer Care experience with more knowledgeable support staff
Utilize the self-help feature to diagnose and troubleshoot connection problems
