Accessible from within SLM, Connection Performance enables service managers to view critical IP connection data on the end users connection experience when accessing network services.

This data can be viewed along many different parameters including hour of day, day of week, month of year, tested server IP etc regardless of the connection type VPN DSL, Dial, Cable, etc. Reports are also available for individual SLA parameters including call failure rate, time to log in and initial connection..
