Visual IP InSight Customer Care provides detailed information about end user call attempts and success/failure information.

The Visual IP InSight Agent, which resides on the end user's PC, is small, non-intrusive and is transparent to the end user. This Agent collects information about the end user's connection experience and uploads the information to the Visual IP InSight back-end for use by a help desk organization. When an end user is having problems accessing network resources, Customer Care provides information about the end user's connection experience when accessing the network and network services.

Visual IP InSight's Customer Care application has the ability to collect this end user information across all access technologies dial, broadband and dedicated. The information collected includes last successful connection, failed attempts, error codes, connection speeds, user profiles, and hardware/software computer configuration.
