Select AppFlows provides detailed end-to-end visibility of individual application flows from every location in your infrastructure to help you better understand client-to-server, server-to-server or peer-to-peer relationships. It also bridges the gap between network and application monitoring by measuring individual application server connect and server response times. Combined with other Visual UpTime Select modules, you can quickly isolate problems by drilling down and determining if poor performance is server, application or network related.
 Now you can quickly isolate if a user is authorized and if the application is mission-critical, recreational or unknown/rogue. With this information, you can determine if you need additional resources or if you should “shut off” a particular user or application to ensure resources are being used appropriately.
The vast majority of enterprises have likely been hit with a bandwidth hog that consumes a disproportionate amount of bandwidth. However, identifying the impacted end-user and the application can be tedious and time-consuming. Select AppFlows’ detailed views quickly pinpoint bandwidth hogs and the applications they are using – authorized or unauthorized.
