 Select Traffic Capture gives you a full-function protocol analyzer at every location in your network. Trace, filter and decode the most common network protocols and gain in-depth visibility into subtle problems, such as protocol violations, incorrect configurations and timeouts.
Select Traffic Capture decodes all seven layers of the protocol stack by exploding the protocol headers but skipping the packet payload to enhance security. Each protocol header is broken out with "plain English" decodes of traffic flows. Select Traffic Capture supports more than 85 of the most common protocols
Select Traffic Capture empowers enterprises with pre- and post-capture filtering. Now you determine exactly which packets to capture and which to ignore with pre-capture filtering. When a problem's cause isn't clear, Select Traffic Capture can run the decode without filters. Zoom in on the problem by filtering captured data and display it according to criteria you set based on your hypothesis of the problem's symptoms to determine which application is causing degradation.
