Visual Networks offers an array of software maintenance and hardware warranty service programs to help you maximize your investment in Visual UpTime Select. Choose the programs that meet your needs.

Program Description Term
Standard Limited Hardware Warranty Factory repair or replacement of ASE hardware and cables that fail under normal usage conditions. Access to VTAC phone support for issues relating to ASE hardware during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern). 1 year
Extended Hardware Warranty Extension of Standard Limited Hardware Warranty after the first year, renewable on an annual basis.

ASE must be returned to the factory for repair or replacement.
Annual
Enhanced Hardware Warranty Service Enhanced Hardware Warranty Service is for ASE replacement. Three levels are available:

Bronze Hardware Warranty Service: Overnight shipment of new ASE hardware to most locations in the US and Canada. Does not include on-site replacement by a technician. Access to VTAC phone support for issues relating to ASE hardware during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern).

Gold Hardware Warranty Service: Onsite ASE hardware replacement within an average of 4 hours to most locations in the US and Canada. Access to VTAC phone support for issues relating to ASE hardware 24x7x365.

International Gold Hardware Warranty Service: Next day on-site ASE hardware replacement for locations outside of the US and Canada. Access to VTAC phone support for issues relating to ASE hardware 24x7x365.

A La Carte Technical Support Out-of-warranty, out-of-maintenance technical support for ASE and server software. Per hour
Server Hardware Warranty Visual UpTime Select Server solutions include a three-year limited hardware warranty that is supplemented with three years of standard next-business-day, on-site parts, replacement and labor.
