Standard Training

Two days
This training course focuses on providing the fundamentals of the Visual UpTime system and is intended for individuals seeking a more detailed understanding of the Visual UpTime Select application and its system architecture. Available on in Visual Networks' Rockville, MD facility.

This course requires additional required reading and contains a certification exam that is administered at the end of the last day. One set of materials (given at the start of the course) and an exam fee is included with your original enrollment.

Certification Training

Five days
This training course focuses on providing a detailed understanding of the Visual UpTime Select system. This program is designed to qualify individuals to utilize the Visual UpTime Select product line. Students will learn how to effectively install, troubleshoot and maintain Analysis Service Element (ASEs), Platform Applicable Client (PACs) and Performance Archive Manager (PAMs), and use the tools of Visual UpTime Select to manage customers' wide area networks (WANs) though service offerings.
